The purpose of collecting data
Personal information is used to manage customer orders and deliver the products.
Purchase history records (purchase date, product, customer name) are used to handle the questions arising from customer service (customer support).
The IP-address of the web shop user or other network identificators are only handled for the purpose of offering the web shop as an information society service and collect web usage statistics.
Collecting personal data is only done according by the Customer Service User agreement of this shop.
The collection and handling of personal data is only done according to legal obligations arising from the Estonian Law (accounting and disputes)
Data processing is only conducted upon the customer’s approval for the sole purpose of sending newsletters.
Recipients with Access to Personal Information
This web shop provides the necessary information to customer support about purchases and purchase history for the purpose of solving disputes.
Name, phone number and e-mail address will be provided to the chosen carrier for delivering the products. In case of a door to door shipment, the customer address will also be provided.
If accounting is outsourced, the personal data access will be provided to handle accounting procedures only.
Personal information may be forwarded to IT service providers only if it becomes necessary for the purpose of upholding the services or data storage.
Dogily.eu is responsible for personal data of the Service User and will be submitting the necessary data for payment processing to the authorized company Maksekeskus AS.
Security and Access
All personal information is stored in Zone.ee servers, which are located in the EU member country or within EU economical territory. The data may also be forwarded to countries where the level of data protection has been deemed sufficient by the European Commission and to US companies who have joined the Privacy Shield framework.
Access to personal data is allowed for web shop employees for order management, customer support and solving technical issues.
This web shop will use physical, organisational and IT measures to prevent the accidental loss, illegal access, change and publishing of personal data.
Access to personal data by authorized shop employees or service providers (such as couriers and data storage provider) will only take place according to written contracts. Authorized data handlers are obligated to ensure the use of appropriate measures which prevent misuse.
Personal Information handling and management
It is possible to access your personal data through your customer profile in the web shop. If no user profile is not registered, you can get access to your personal information via Customer Support.
Revoking the Concent
If the handling of personal data has been accepted by the customer then this can be revoked by notifying the Customer Support via e-mail.
By closing your customer account in our web shop, your data will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to save it for the purposes of accounting or solving disputes.
Web shop purchase data will be stored for three years in case of an unregistered user.
For the purposes of payments and consumer disputes personal data will be stored until claims have been resolved or until becoming obsolete.
Data required for accounting will be stored for seven years.
Removing the information
To get your data deleted, please contact our Customer Support via e-mail. This will be addressed and handled within a period of one month. Customer Support will identify the customer, conduct the necessary procedures and report the data that has to be stored.

Your e-mail address and telephone number will only be used for direct marketing purposes upon your consent. In order to stop receiving marketing e-mails please unsubscribe by clicking the link in the footer of a Newsletter or by e-mailing such a request to our Customer Support.
If personal data is used for direct marketing purposes (profiling), then the customer reserves the right to object as well as report this to Customer Support via e-mail (email@example.com) .
