Dogily.eu online store is owned by Crafty Hands OÜ (register code: 14343086) located in Tallinn (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) and a client, who places the order in the e-store and identifies oneself by entering personal information on the order form (hereinafter referred to as Service User), have signed this e-store Contract of Use (hereinafter referred to as Contract of Use).

Contract of Use validation, product and price information
1.1. Sales conditions are valid when ordering products from Dogily.eu online store.
1.2 Prices of the products are listed in Euro with the product description and may be subject to shipping or customs fees. Estonian VAT is included in the listed prices. The pricing at our retail partners may differ from the pricing in our web shop.
1.3 Product and pricing information is provided next to the product.
1.4 When purchasing the products the Service User agrees to the terms and conditions in this document and the rights and obligations arising from the Estonian Law.
Purchasing and delivering the products
2.1. Dogily.eu is selling and Service User is purchasing the products available in our web shop.
2.2 Add the selected products to the shopping cart to initiate your order. In order to proceed the Service Provider is required to fill his/her contact information and choose a delivery method after which the total amount will be displayed. Choose your preferred payment option and finish your order. The order confirmation e-mail will be sent when the payment has been cleared by the bank.
2.3 Dogily.eu web shop offers direct bank links from Estonian Republic banks and also the option for Visa/Mastercard.
2.4 The shipping cost will be subject to the Service User's location and postal services fees. DPD and SmartPost parcel terminals and Omniva are chosen courier partners of Dogily.eu.
2.5 The ordered product should arrive in ideal condition and in a sealed package. Should the package be damaged, please e-mail us immediately and notify your courier when receiving the package.
2.6 Dogily deems the products delivered once the product has arrived in the parcel terminal, the Service User's postal office or has been signed locally.
2.7 Dogily.eu cannot be held accountable for damages or delivery delays in case of circumstances which Dogily.eu cannot forsee, has no power over or in case of force majeur.
2.8 Dogily.eu web shop will ship the ready made products within 2 business days. The time of delivery depends on the chosen courier and varies as follows: within Estonia maximum 2 weeks, Europe 2-3 weeks and the rest of the world average 3-4 weeks. Custom order processing times will be communicated separately. However, please note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
2.9 Dogily.eu cannot be held liable for any customs fees which may occur due to shipping outside of EU.
Product availability, pictures and descriptions
3.1. Dogily.eu is aiming to offer the best possible user experience by providing a sufficient amount of pictures and a thorough description next to the products.
3.2 The colour of the product may vary due to the resolution settings of different screens and also due to difference in daylight or indoor lighting.
3.3 By default the displayed products are in stock unless stated otherwise. This web shop accepts custom orders and cooperation requests from Retailers.
Custom orders
4.1 . Please send your requests via e-mail. The details of each order will be agreed upon separately for production time and payment.
4.2 A custom order will be processed when the prepayment of 50% has been cleared by the Service User's bank.
Terms of Return
5.1. The return period for the purchased products from the web shop is maximum of 14 days after a signed delivery. In case of returns please e-mail our customer service within the given time limit and provide pictures and the reasoning in details of why you need to return or change the product. Your claims will be handled within 2 business days.
5.2 All products sold via Dogily.eu are handmade items and no product is an exact identical replica of another. Thus claims do not apply to peculiarities deriving from the handcrafting process.
5.3 Custom orders do not fall under the terms of Return or change in any condition.
5.4 Returns or changes do not apply when the Service User has purchased the wrong colour or size or simply because they change their mind.
5.5 The returned product must be without damage, complete, in its original packaging and unused. The returned product will be examined and once approved the Service User can choose whether to have the product refunded or to get a coupon to use for payment in our web shop. The refund will always be made to the same account payment was made within 14 days after confirmed decision. Should the product fail to comply the examination- it has visible proof of being used, abnormal use or it is damaged due to reasons not caused by Dogily.eu, the product will not be refunded/accepted. Should the Service User not accept Dogily.eu's decision, it may be sent to an expert for further examination. The expert fee will be split equally unless the user has been found liable for the damages. In which case the costs will be presented to the Service User.
Terms of Privacy / Data Security
6.1. While placing the order at Dogily.eu web shop the information submitted by the Service User (name, phone number, e-mail, address, bank data) to the Service Provider shall be transferred into the client register and used for providing the sales service and delivering the goods to the Service User only.
6.2. Newsletters will only be sent to the Service Users upon their approval. Newsletters can be unsubscribed at any given moment by following the instructions on the bottom of each individual newsletter.
6.3. When requesting bank card information, a secure SSL data transfer protocol and MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security systems are used.
6.4 Dogily.eu is responsible for personal data of the Service User and will be submitting the necessary data for payment processing to the authorized company Maksekeskus AS.
Other Terms of Use
7.1. Disputes between parties shall be resolved in accordance to the laws valid in the Republic of Estonia.
7.2 Upon failure to reach an agreement, the disputes will be resolved in the Harju County Court’s Tallinn Court House.

Use of Intellectual Property/Trademarks
All the materials on Dogily.eu website and on corresponding social media channels are subject to copyright. The unauthorised usage of the pictures, texts or any material on the Dogily.eu web shop is strictly prohibited.
Canceling the order
Service User can cancel the order in maximum of 48hours after payment has been processed and not after the products have been shipped out by contacting immediately the Dogily.eu Customer Service by sending an e-mail to info@dogily.eu . Customer Service will reply within 2 work days and refund full amount with shipping fee within 14 days to the same bank account the payment was cleared from.
